Privacy notice
Processing of personal data collected through the “Request information” form on this site.

Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), this notice describes how we process the personal data you provide through the Vocea landing's information request form.
Data controller

Data processed
Full name, email, organization, phone (optional), role, organization size, type of interest and any message. We also process technical metadata (visit source, language, device type) for statistical and anti-abuse purposes.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to respond to your request and for commercial contact about Vocea. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Providing the data is optional but necessary to be contacted.
Recipients
Data is handled through the AgileHub CRM platform (Agile Technology group) acting as data processor, and hosted on Hetzner infrastructure in Germany (European Union). We do not transfer data outside the EU/EEA.
Retention
We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, if a commercial relationship begins, for the period required by law; afterwards the data is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
You may at any time exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
This notice does NOT cover whistleblowing reports
It covers only the commercial contacts collected from this site. The processing of report data is governed by the notice published on each organization's channel: there Vocea acts as data processor in zero-knowledge mode and is technically unable to read the content of reports.
