How to submit a report
Open the channel, describe the facts and submit: everything is encrypted in your browser.
To submit a report, open your organisation’s channel (a link or widget on the website, or find the channel from the home page). The reporting page lives at /segnala/<channel-name>.
Steps
- Pick the category that best describes the wrongdoing.
- Describe the facts clearly: what, when, where and who is involved (state roles, names are not required).
- Optionally attach files, photos or voice/video memos.
- Decide whether to stay fully anonymous or leave an encrypted contact.
- Submit: the content is encrypted in your browser before it leaves your device.
When done you receive a tracking code: it is the only way back into your report. Save it somewhere safe right away.
