Decrypting a report
Decryption happens in your browser with your private key.
Reports are encrypted: to read them you must provide your private key. Decryption happens entirely in the browser.
- Open the report from the list.
- Import your (encrypted) private key file and enter the password that protects it.
- The browser decrypts the compartment you are entitled to (content, identity or metadata) and shows the plaintext.
The server never sees your private key or the decrypted text.
